道路资源分配原则是在道路空间内对各种交通方式功能和地位的反映。国内中小型城市交通出行特征有别于大城市,具有典型非机动化为主导的出行特征。因此,必须重视道路资源分配中慢行空间的问题。本文结合国内BRT设计案例及国家规范标准,以抚州BRT规划为例,对中小型城市BRT道路资源分配问题进行研究,对降低我国中小型城市BRT建设中的决策风险具有重要的参考意义。
The principle of distribution of road resources is a reflection of the functions and status of various modes of transportation within the space of roads. Domestic small and medium-sized cities traffic travel characteristics are different from the big city, with a typical non-motorized as the leading travel characteristics. Therefore, we must pay attention to the problem of slow space in the distribution of road resources. This paper, based on the domestic BRT design case and the national standard, takes Fuzhou BRT planning as an example to study the distribution of BRT road resources in small and medium-sized cities, which is of important reference significance for reducing the decision risk in BRT construction in small and medium-sized cities in our country.
