Objective To investigate the feasibility and effect of stent-assisted endovascular treatment of small wide-necked aneurysms in A1 segment of anterior cerebral artery (the longest diameter of aneurysm is less than 3mm and the width of aneurysm neck / body width ratio is 3/4). Methods The clinical data, endovascular treatment and follow-up data of 10 segments of anterior cerebral arteries in 12 patients with mini-wide-necked aneurysms of the anterior cerebral artery in 10 patients with neuroform stent embolization were retrospectively analyzed. Results All 10 patients underwent aortic aneurysm embolization after the successful implantation of the Neuroform stent. There were 7 cases of dense embolism and 3 cases of 90% embolization. All patients were followed up for 6-24 months without rebleeding and 4 cases were performed from 3 to 6 months after operation CTA review, 6 cases in 6 to 12 months after angiography review, no regrowth. Conclusion The endovascular treatment of wide-necked small aneurysms in the anterior cerebral artery segment A1 is technically feasible and relatively safe and effective in operation.
