目的:探讨化浊解毒方对2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗(IR)大鼠血清抵抗素(RES)的影响。方法:选取雄性SD大鼠80只,分为空白组、模型组、西药组(盐酸吡格列酮组)和中药组(化浊解毒方组)。空白组予普饲,其余3组采用链脲佐菌素加高脂饲料诱导的方法建立2型糖尿病肥胖大鼠IR的动物模型。在给药4周后分别测定各组大鼠空腹血糖(FBG)、血清抵抗素、糖化血清蛋白(GSP)、空腹胰岛素(INS)等生化指标。结果:与模型组相比,中药组能明显降低大鼠血FBG、GSP(P<0.01),且能使胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)与RES水平明显降低的作用,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:化浊解毒方可以明显降低胰岛素抵抗大鼠的血糖和糖化血清蛋白,改善胰岛素抵抗,其作用机制可能与降低血清抵抗素相关。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Huazhuo Jiedu Decoction on serum resistin (RES) in type 2 diabetic insulin resistance (IR) rats. Methods: Eighty male SD rats were divided into blank group, model group, western medicine group (pioglitazone hydrochloride group) and Chinese medicine group (Huazhuo Jiedu Fang group). The blank group to the general feeding, the remaining three groups using streptozotocin plus high-fat diet-induced animal model of type 2 diabetic rats with obesity. Four weeks after the administration, the fasting blood glucose (FBG), serum resistin, glycosylated serum protein (GSP) and fasting insulin (INS) were measured respectively. Results: Compared with the model group, the Chinese herbal medicine group can significantly reduce the blood FBG, GSP (P <0.01), and can make the insulin resistance index (HOMA-IR) and RES levels significantly reduced, the difference was statistically significant P <0.01). Conclusion: Huazhuo Jiedu Decoction can significantly reduce the blood sugar and glycosylated serum protein in insulin resistant rats, and improve insulin resistance. Its mechanism may be related to the decrease of serum resistin.
