目的加强老年病房环境消毒效果监测,降低医院感染的发病率。方法 2010-2012年对老年病科Ⅱ、Ⅲ类环境进行监测,监测方法严格按照卫生部《医院消毒技术规范》(2002版)中规定的方法采样检测,结果判定以《医院消毒卫生标准》GB 15982-1995为依据。结果 2010-2012年对老年病房治疗室、监护室、病历夹等重点环境的空气、物体表面、工作人员的手监测采样共526份,合格408份,总合格率为77.57%。其中空气126份,合格103份,合格率81.75%;物体表面278份,合格229份,合格率82.37%;医护人员手122份,合格76份,合格率62.30%。结论建议加强对医护人员手的卫生规范指导和培训,不断强化医护人员的洗手意识,改善洗手条件。治疗室、监护室等重点部位的空气消毒建议使用循环风紫外线空气消毒机或静电吸附式消毒器,确保消毒灭菌效果,控制医院感染。
Objective To strengthen the monitoring of environmental disinfection effects in elderly ward and reduce the incidence of nosocomial infections. Methods From 2010 to 2012, the type Ⅱ and type Ⅲ environment of geriatrics were monitored. The monitoring methods were strictly tested according to the methods specified in the Technical Specifications for Disinfection of Hospitals (2002 edition) of the Ministry of Health. The results were determined according to the standards of “Sanitary Standards for Hospital Disinfection” GB 15982-1995 as the basis. Results A total of 526 monitoring and sampling samples were collected from air, object surfaces and staff in key wards, such as treatment rooms, care rooms and medical records in 2010-2012. Of the 408 samples, the total pass rate was 77.57%. Among them, 126 were air and 103 were qualified, with a pass rate of 81.75%. There were 278 objects on the surface, of which 229 were qualified with a pass rate of 82.37%. The number of health care workers was 122, passing 76 and the pass rate was 62.30%. Conclusions It is suggested to strengthen the guidance and training on health standards for health care workers and to continuously strengthen the consciousness of hand-washing among medical staff and improve the conditions of hand-washing.
