纹枯病是世界性水稻病害,在中国南方部分水稻种植区已成为水稻第一大病害.但对水稻抗纹枯病遗传育种研究却进展缓慢.抗性鉴定方法、抗病基因定位和抗性资源发掘是抗病遗传育种研究中的最重要内容,亦是抗病品种选育的基础.本文综述了近年提出的水稻纹枯病抗性鉴定方法,对抗病基因QTL进行物理图谱整合,分析了抗病QTL的定位概况,同时对抗源发掘和抗病育种方面的新进展进行了归纳与讨论,最后提出下一步研究方向,以期为加速水稻抗纹枯病遗传育种进程提供帮助.
Rhizoctonia solani is a worldwide rice disease which has become the first major rice disease in some rice planting areas in southern China, but the research on the inheritance and breeding of rice sheath blight is progressing slowly.The method of resistance identification, resistance gene mapping and resistance Resource discovery is the most important part in the research of resistance genetics and breeding and also the basis for selection and breeding of disease-resistant varieties.In this paper, the identification methods of resistance to rice sheath blight proposed in recent years are summarized, and the physical map integration and analysis At the same time, new progresses in anti-disease breeding and breeding were summarized and discussed. Finally, the next research direction was proposed in order to provide some help to accelerate the genetic breeding of rice sheath blight resistance.
