选用 Wistar 系大鼠行保留导管的耳下腺部分切除,分别取材行琥珀酸脱氢酶( S D H) 酶组织化学染色,研究残存腺体的 S D H 动态变化过程。结果表明, S D H 从术后第3 天开始升高,至第7 天达最高峰( P < 0 .01) ,第7 周后恢复正常。笔者认为,大鼠耳下腺行保留导管部分切除后,残存腺体再生恢复从第3 天开始,1 周时最活跃,第7 周恢复正常。
The Wistar rats were used to resect the subendothelial gland of the catheter, and the histochemical staining of succinate dehydrogenase (S D H) was performed to study the dynamic changes of S D H in the residual gland. The results showed that SDH increased from the third day after operation to the peak on the seventh day (P <0.01), returning to normal after the seventh week. The author believes that the ear subgluteal preservation of the ductus part of the resection, the residual gland regeneration recovery from the first 3 days, 1 week, the most active, 7 weeks returned to normal.
