为研究Novec1230灭火剂的急性吸入毒性,分别对50只和120只清洁级健康ICR小鼠进行急性吸入毒性实验和急性吸入后的血清生化指标检测。结果显示,Novec1230灭火剂对小鼠急性吸入的半数致死浓度(LC50)为3 648.5 g/m3(95%CI:3 385.8~3 911.2 g/m3),体积分数为28.2%;暴露于5%,10%,15%的Novec1230灭火剂气体2 h后,比对照组相比,小鼠血清碱性磷酸酶活力下降,丙氨酸氨基转移酶、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶、肌酸激酶活力升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05)。提示小鼠吸入高浓度Novec1230灭火剂气体后对心肌和肝脏功能有一定损伤。
In order to study the acute inhalation toxicity of Novec1230 fire extinguishing agent, acute inhalation toxicity test and serum biochemical detection after acute inhalation were tested on 50 and 120 healthy ICR mice respectively.
