本文提出了全集成MOSFET电流传输器[CCⅡ±]为基础的平衡模式积分电路和滤波电路,并对其消除非线性因素进行了理论分析;利用SPICE(Ⅱ)通用模拟电路程序,对以[CCⅡ±]为基础的一个全集成MOSPET-C平衡结构六阶低通切比雪夫滤波器输出电压的幅频特性和相频特性进行了仿真分析。
This paper presents a fully integrated MOSFET current transmitter [CCⅡ ±] -based balanced mode integration circuit and filter circuit, and its elimination of nonlinear factors were analyzed theoretically; using SPICE (Ⅱ) general analog circuit program to [CC Ⅱ ±] based on a fully integrated MOSPET-C balanced sixth-order low-pass Chebyshev filter output voltage amplitude-frequency characteristics and phase-frequency characteristics of a simulation analysis.
