据国家财政部透露,经九届全国人大常委会第17次会议审议批准,财政部在今年原定的4380亿国债发行规模的基础上,增发500亿元长期建设国债用于增加固定资产投入。
According to the State Ministry of Finance, upon approval of the 17th meeting of the Ninth NPC Standing Committee, the Ministry of Finance will issue 50 billion yuan of long-term bonds to increase the investment in fixed assets on the basis of the original issuance of 438 billion treasury bonds this year.
