目前,对无线测温系统的研究偏重系统的整体设计,缺乏利用所得温度数据对设备运行状态的分析和对设备潜在异常的告警处理。针对此现状,首先提出了5种利用温度数据进行告警的处理方式,并分析了每种告警方式的原理、作用和实现形式等;其次,结合各告警方式自身特点,提出了各自的阈值整定模式;之后,对其中2种告警方式提出采用浮动阈值模式进行阈值整定,规避了因采用固定温度阈值所导致的误报和漏报;最后,针对各告警方式提出了相应的算法,并在变电站现场成功运行,证明了告警方式及算法的可靠性。
At present, the research on wireless temperature measurement system lays emphasis on the overall design of the system, and lacks the analysis of the operation status of the device and the alarm processing of the potential abnormalities of the device by using the obtained temperature data. In view of this status quo, five kinds of handling methods of alarm using temperature data are first proposed, and the principle, function and implementation form of each alarm mode are analyzed. Secondly, the threshold setting mode of each alarm mode is put forward according to its own characteristics After that, the two kinds of alarm modes are proposed to adopt the threshold mode of the floating threshold to set the threshold, avoiding the false alarm and false negative caused by adopting the fixed temperature threshold. Finally, the corresponding algorithms are put forward for each alarm mode, The successful operation proves the reliability of alarm mode and algorithm.
