In this paper, with the assembly of X-ray spectrometer and X-ray energy dispersive spectrometer JSM535C scanning electron microscopy of some of the diamond products developed in our hospital, the synthesis of rods and catalyst alloys were studied. The results show that: 1. Under SEM contrast effect can show acicular Diamond surface fishbone microstructure, the (111) growth surface was parallel to the step-like, step width of about 10μm. In the synthetic rod longitudinal section observed acicular diamond first nucleation at the interface of the catalyst alloy and graphite, and then parallel to the graphite growth, and finally in
