This article is one of a series of articles on the exploration and reflection of the construction of China’s tourism standardization system. This article starts with an overview of the international standardization movement and the status quo of standardization of tourism development both at home and abroad. It compares the construction of tourism standardization systems both at home and abroad, and then analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the development of tourism standardization systems in China.
