2006年,我代表国务院国资委在中石油抚顺石化公司,召集中央企业北方片同志开《现代企业班组建设与管理》的审稿会议。当时,抚顺石化公司负责接待的同志告诉我,有一本杂志叫《现代班组》即将创刊,这是我第一次知道这本杂志。2007年,我与《现代班组》杂志深入接触,由此拉开了我们之间近十年的交往历程。十年来,我在《现代班组》杂志开辟专栏,从班组管理、班组建设和班组长履职能力三个方面发表系列文章100多篇——杂志社同志也对我进行了专访,并阐述了我为什么对中国企业基层管理及班组长的关注,即为夯实中国企业基层管理和班组长鼓与呼。在这里,我特别要感谢应慧娟编辑——她对待编辑工作认真负责的精神,以及严格遵守编辑工作职业操守的行为令人敬佩
