人类白细胞抗原-G(human leukocyte antigen-G,HLA-G)属于非经典的HLAⅠ类分子,是机体内一个重要的免疫耐受分子。
Natural killer (NK) is the main effector cell of innate immune system and the first line of defense of the body against tumor and virus infection. Human leukocyte antigen-G (HLA-G) is a non-classical HLA class I molecule and is an important immune tolerance molecule in the body. The immunomodulatory function of HLA-G antigens on NK cells depends on one hand on a series of killer cell immunoglobulin-like receptors and on the other hand on the regulation of NK cell receptor expression by multiple chemokines. This article reviews the research progress of HLA-G on NK cell regulatory function.
