目的：观察和探讨非洛地平缓释片与福辛普利片治疗肾性高血压的临床疗效。方法：选择于2013年6月—2014年6月我院收治的100例肾性高血压患者作为研究对象，随机分为两组，观察组和对照组，每组50例患者。观察组患者给予非洛地平缓释片2.5m g/次/天，以及福辛普利片10m g/次/天治疗，对照组患者给予非洛地平缓释片2.5m g/次/天治疗，观察对比两组患者的临床疗效，治疗前后的血压，尿蛋白以及血肌酐。结果：治疗后，观察组的临床有效率，血压，尿蛋白以及血肌酐显著优于对照组，并且具有显著性差异（P<0.05）.结论：非洛地平缓释片与福辛普利片治疗肾性高血压的临床效果显著，显著降低血压，改善肾功能，值得临床推广应用。“,”ObjectiveTo study the clinical efficacy of felodipine sustained-release tablets combined with Fosinopril for the treatment of renal hypertension.MethodsWe selected 100 cases of patients who had renal hypertension as the research subjects, and divided into two groups, the observation group and the control group.
