文章结合脑力负荷理论和人因工程理论,设计模拟单调作业的人机交互实验,采用统计控制图分析持续单调作业过程中被试的脑力负荷变化,研究人因失误过程中被试的操作状态和失误模式。结果显示:(1)单调作业过程中不同作业时间段对被试的任务反应速率和正确率有显著影响。(2)当被试出现脑力超负荷时,通常采用延长反应时间的策略,来改善脑力负荷;(3)通过延长反应时间的策略,对于改善脑力负荷状态和避免人因失误有明显作用;(4)惯性操作是单调作业的人机系统出现人因失误的主要原因。
Combining the theory of mental workload and theory of human factors engineering, this paper designed a man-machine interaction experiment of simulating monotonous operation, and used statistical control chart to analyze the changes of mental workload of subjects during continuous monotonic operation, Error mode. The results show that: (1) Monotonous work process in different job time on the task of the reaction rate and the correct rate of the respondents have a significant impact. (2) strategies to prolong the reaction time are usually used to improve the mental workload when subjects are overloaded; (3) the strategy of prolonging the reaction time has a significant effect on improving mental workload and avoiding human error; 4) Inertial operation is the main cause of human error in monotonous man-machine system.
