目的:探讨良性和恶性病变组织中P53、P21蛋白两基因表达特征及其相互关系。方法:应用LSAB免疫组织化法检测150例,良恶性病变中P53、P21蛋白的表达。结果:①本组100例恶性肿瘤中P53、P21阳性表达率分别为49.0%和53.0%,其中乳癌和胃癌阳性率较高,前者P53、P21分别为85.0%和75.0%,后者60.0%和65.0%,50例良性病变均为阴性表达;②本组恶性肿瘤中P53、P21共同表达阳性率为44.0%,结论:前者提示P21癌基因的激活和抑癌基因的失活和异常表达可能与人类恶性肿瘤的发生密切有关,后者提示两基因协同作用的参与在肿瘤发生中的重要作用。
Objective: To investigate the expression characteristics of P53 and P21 proteins and their relationship in benign and malignant lesions. Methods: The expression of P53 and P21 protein in benign and malignant lesions were detected by LSAB immunohistochemistry. Results: 1 The positive expression rates of P53 and P21 in 100 malignant tumors were 49.0% and 53.0%, respectively. Among them, the positive rates of breast cancer and gastric cancer were higher. The former was 85.0% and 75.0% respectively for P53 and P21, and the latter was 60.0%. 65.0%, 50 cases of benign lesions were all negative expression; 2 The positive rate of P53, P21 in this group of malignant tumors was 44.0%.
