我少时是以反复临习白石老人的大写意花鸟画而步入绘画之门的。而后又精研于古今花鸟画诸大家,临池不辍,工写兼顾,广取博摘,饱览强识。上世纪六七十年代,潜心于西画的苦习之后,在于希宁、杨文仁教授提议下,刻意专攻写意花鸟画,几经变法,上下求索,于“师古人’中寻根,于”师造化“中求生。弹指间,50余年过去,目既往还,当淀积于传统艺术博大精深之沧桑后,于探求”大道震撼“之艺术苦索中,方又重新提笔画白石翁。
