春季气候干燥,阳气发动,幼儿的新陈代谢非常旺盛。针对这一特点,建议家长在安排孩子饮食时注意以下几点。及时补充钙孩子在春季长得最快,为了满足孩子生长发育的需要,应及时给孩子补充钙。孩子每天钙的需要量为700~800毫克,适宜的供给量是每日不少于1克。含钙丰富的食物有芝麻、黄花菜、萝卜、海带、裙带菜、芥菜、鱼、田螺、虾皮、骨头,等等。为了保证钙的吸收,不要让孩子吃太多的甜食,因为体内代谢糖时需要较多的维生素和钙。补充维生素C 因为春季气候干燥,幼儿容易出现牙龈、鼻子出血等症状,维生素C能有效防止出血。另外,维生素C能提高脑神经的灵敏程度和孩子的抗病能力。所以,应尽量让孩子吃些维生素C含量丰富的蔬菜、水果,如柑橘、苹果、西红柿、萝卜等。
