本文报道应用单向扩散法和放射免疫法测定76例正常人血及精液中免疫球蛋白和补体的含量。精浆IgG和SIgA检出率达100 ％,IgM未测到。精浆IgG 含量是7.57±3.2mg％,SIgA是1.37±0.9mg％有67％的精浆中测到C_3、C_40、C_3含量是0.42±0.6mg％,C_4是0.73±0.9mg％。血与精浆IgG比值是128:1,IgA比值是148:1, C_3是567:1,C_4是138:1。精浆IgG与SIgA比值是8.8。因此,认为IgG和SIgA是精浆的正常成份,并对免疫球蛋白和补体在精液中的作用进行了讨论。 This article reports the application of one-way diffusion and radioimmunoassay determination of 76 normal human blood and semen immunoglobulin and complement levels. Seminal IgG and SIgA detection rate of 100%, IgM not detected. Seminal IgG content was 7.57 ± 3.2mg%, SIgA was 1.37 ± 0.9mg% 67% of seminal plasma measured C_3, C_40, C_3 content is 0.42 ± 0.6mg%, C_4 is 0.73 ± 0.9mg%. The blood to seminal plasma IgG ratio was 128: 1, the IgA ratio was 148: 1, C_3 was 567: 1, and C_4 was 138: 1. Seminal IgG to SIgA ratio is 8.8. Therefore, IgG and SIgA are considered normal components of seminal plasma and the role of immunoglobulins and complement in semen is discussed.
