通过增强铺装层的弹性模量以减薄铺装厚度的方案是在不增加工程造价的情况下改善桥面铺装结构性能可能途径之一,对于中小跨径桥梁具有重要意义。本文依托合福铁路铜陵长江公铁大桥引桥桥面铺装工程实践,采用三维有限元方法分析了桥面铺装层主要荷载响应指标随荷载作用位置的变化规律,评估了提高铺装层材料模量减薄结构厚度方案的影响,结果表明增强铺装下层的模量并减薄厚度可起到改善铺装层受力、提高铺装层性能的目的。
It is one of the possible ways to improve the structural performance of bridge deck pavement without increasing project cost by increasing the elastic modulus of pavement to thin the pavement thickness, which is of great significance to small and medium-span bridges. Based on the practice of the bridge deck pavement of the Tongling Yangtze River Bridge on the Hefei-Fuzhou Railway, the three-dimensional finite element method was used to analyze the variation rules of the main load response indexes of deck pavement with the load acting position. The results show that increasing the modulus of the lower pavement and reducing the thickness can improve the stress of the pavement and improve the performance of the pavement.
