建立质量体系前要做哪些准备工作?建立质量体系是一项涉及整个企业艰巨、细致的工作。因此,要充分进行组织准备,其步骤如下:(1)首先,领导层要统一思想认识,统筹安排,作出决策,同时又要取得管理层的理解和支持。(2)其次,要宣传教育、培训骨干,对不同层次不同要求。对领导层重点是了解标准的由来,掌握标准的内容和用途,理解其重要性和必要性;管理人员、技术业务骨干,对标准应有全面理解,能掌握标准的选择,剪裁和应用方法。(3)再次,组织骨干队伍,组织一部分既懂专业技术又懂质量管理和分析及写作能力的业务骨干,从事质量体系的设计和建立工作。
