随着我国经济的迅速发展,我国电力企业的规模相对扩大,人力资源管理的重要性增大。因此,电力企业人力资源管理模式需要做出改革,在管理中充分利用现代化的管理方式,实现人力资源管理的信息化。本文从我国电力企业人力资源管理信息化的现状出发,对其中存在的问题做了详尽阐述,并且针对这些问题提出了一系列的解决措施。
With the rapid economic development in our country, the scale of China’s electric power enterprises has expanded relatively and the importance of human resources management has increased. Therefore, the power enterprise human resources management mode needs to make the reform, make full use of the modern management mode in the management, and realize the human resource management informationization. Based on the current situation of human resource management informationization in China’s electric power enterprises, this paper elaborates on the existing problems and puts forward a series of solutions to these problems.
