1、适用范围 本标准规定了;铜、铝、铅、锡合金的轧制和铸造坯料,采用机械加工和坯料成形方法制造的滑动整体轴承合金材料的硬度检验。 本标准是对ISO现有的关于硬度检验标准的补充 由于轴承合金是多相结构的组织成分,一般采用布氏硬度检验。 2参考标准 ISO410金属材料-硬度检验-用于平面试样硬度检验的布氏硬度值表。① ISO6506金属材料-硬度检验-布氏硬度检验。② 3、试样 供试验的试样表面应具有金属光泽,并能方便地测量试验压痕,在试样准备过程中,要保证试样不被加热。
