化学物经皮吸收的定性与定量可通过离体和活体的实验方法而获得。本室早期所建立的离体静式渗透实验模型,经多种化学物研究后发现,离体与活体方法具有高度相关。但由于静式与活体状态相差较远,为此,在静式装置的基础上研制了动式渗透模型。该渗透装置由玻璃渗透室、恒温磁力搅拌器、超级恒温水浴器和全自动电子蠕动泵组成。对七种 Qualitative and quantitative transdermal absorption of chemicals can be obtained by ex vivo and in vivo experimental methods.
