对罩式退火和连续退火过程中TiIF 钢二相粒子的演变规律进行了研究,结果表明:在退火以前形成的二相粒子,TiN、TiS和Ti4(CS)2 经过罩式退火和连续退火后,其尺寸、形状和分布无较大的差别,而TiC的变化较大;TiIF钢在连续退火中不形成新的相粒子,而在罩式退火中形成两类新的二相粒子—FeTiP和(Ti,Mn)S. 这是首次报道有关FeTiP 相在含P、Mn 较低(P≤0 .01 % , Mn<0 .2 % ) 的TiIF钢中析出,以及Mn 以(Ti,Mn)S相的形式在罩式退火过程中析出. 文章还研究了这两种新相的相结构以及卷取温度对FeTiP相析出的影响.
The evolution of the two-phase particles of TiIF steel during the annealing and continuous annealing process was studied.
