经历了近10年的市场化发展,我国房地产走到了新的十字路口。近期正在筹备召开的全国住宅工作高规格会议,将对自1998年以来房地产工作进行总结,有可能对下一步房地产业发展提出新的纲领性文件。在这样的背景下,作为房地产发展的一个重要环节,健康住宅工作也开始了总结。4月23日,在大连开幕的由国家住宅与居住环境工程技术研究中心、中国建筑设计研究院主办,沿海绿色家园集团承办的第三届中国健康住宅理论与实践国际论坛上,国家住宅工程中心主任刘燕辉介绍,健康住宅的研究和实践在中国走过了近七年,已经产生广泛影响,并有一批成功的示范项目受到消费者的关注和好评,它将为房地产行业的发展提供一条可持续发展的新路。同时,参会企业和专家也就业内人士及消费者存在的建造健康住宅是不是会提高成本而引发房价的进一步上涨的疑问,给出了他们的答案。
