本文探讨了在碳纤维制备过程中,预氧化碳化工艺参数对碳纤维抗张强度的影响。实验结果表明,碳纤维的抗张强度随预氧化纤维鞘面积含量增加而提高,在一定速度范围内(4m/h26→m/h)随碳化速度的加快而提高。当预氧化和碳化工艺相匹配时,才能得到高抗张强度的碳纤维。
This paper explores the influence of pre-oxidation carbonization process parameters on the tensile strength of carbon fiber during carbon fiber preparation. The experimental results show that the tensile strength of carbon fiber increases with the increase of the preoxidized fiber sheath area, and increases with the increase of carbonization speed within a certain speed range (4m / h26 → m / h). When the pre-oxidation and carbonization process to match, to get high tensile strength of carbon fiber.
