本文报道激光快速熔凝钢的冷却速度为10~4~10~℃/s,当激光辐照的工艺参数控制得当时,可在钢的表面形成极薄的微晶层和相变硬化层,使疲劳区内移,在次表层形成疲劳裂纹核心,因而使疲劳性能显著提高.
This paper reports that the cooling rate of laser rapid fusion steel is 10 ~ 4 ~ 10 ~ ℃ / s. When the laser irradiation process parameters are controlled properly, extremely thin microcrystalline layer and phase change hardening layer can be formed on the surface of steel, So that the fatigue area within the shift in the formation of fatigue crack core surface, thereby significantly improving fatigue performance.
