党的十七届六中全会作出深化文化体制改革、推动社会主义文化大发展大繁荣的重大决策。工会作为党领导下的职工群众组织,如何适应形势,促进企业文化和职工文化双向繁荣,成为工会干部当前必须思考和探索的重要课题。下面结合鄞州区工会工作实践,谈几点粗浅的认识。一、企业文化和职工文化的对立统一关系企业文化是企业在长期生产经营中所创造的具有企业和职工特色的文化观念、文化形式和行为规范。
