将27名战士分为正常对照组、70%摄入组和50%摄入组,分别按1244、959、688MJ/d限制摄入能量,连续十天,观察战士体内激素及能量物质的变化情况。结果显示:血清甲状腺素浓度(T3)随限食升高,实验前后有显著性差异(P<0.05),血清胰高血糖浓度素先下降再升高,血清甘油三脂浓度随限食而降低(P<0.05),血清总蛋白及血糖浓度无明显变化。以上结果表明:在限食状态下,机体的能量代谢与体内的激素存在明显的相互关系。
