人体颈椎三维运动及刚度测试仪的研制和应用

目的:研制ZMS-1型人体颈椎三维运动及刚度测试仪。方法:根据脊柱3轴6自由度运动原理,制作活体颈椎三维运动和刚度测试装置。对20例学生志愿者进行活体颈椎生物力学测试,并对测试数据进行可重复性验证。结果:测试仪由三维活动支架、扭矩传感器、应变记录仪、头部固定装置、躯干固定椅和基座组成。具备颈椎运动范围、颈椎刚度和颈部肌群肌力测试功能。相关性检验显示颈椎主动及被动运动范围、被动活动峰值扭矩、伸屈肌群最大等长收缩扭矩和载荷-位移曲线两次测试数据可重复性良好。结论:测试仪为评价活体颈椎三维运动及刚度变化提供了有效手段。 Objective: To develop ZMS-1 human cervical three-dimensional movement and stiffness tester. Methods: According to the 3-axis 6-DOF motion principle of the spine, a 3D cervical vertebra movement and stiffness test device was made. Twenty cases of volunteers were biomechanically tested in cervical vertebrae and the repeatability of the test data was verified. Results: The tester consists of a three-dimensional movable bracket, a torque sensor, a strain gauge, a head restraint, a torso fixing chair and a base. With cervical motion range, cervical stiffness and neck muscle strength test function. Correlation tests showed that the two test data of active and passive cervical spine motion range, passive peak torque, maximal isometric contraction torque and load-displacement curve of extensors and flexors were good. Conclusion: The tester provides an effective means to evaluate the changes of three-dimensional motion and stiffness of living cervical spine.
