昌都地区位于西藏自治区的东北部,素有“藏东明珠”的美称,也是康巴文化的腹地,因而享有“藏东门户”的盛誉。在这块广褒的大地上,美丽的自然风光和凝聚着民族特色的人文景观浑然一体,神秘的藏区民族风情和丰富多彩的民间艺术构成了一道靓丽的风景线。近年来,驻守在这里的武警西藏昌都地区森林支队针对驻地经济落后、文化资源相对缺乏的实际,借助驻地民族文化资源优势,积极开展形式多样、丰富多彩、新颖别致的文化生活,有效地促进了部队的全面建设。
