以前有一位上司从来都不会对我们发火,但是一生气他的脸就会通红,让旁人坐立不安。他不会当面让我们难看,但总是会让我们吃亏。他会妨碍或者嫉妒自己的下级职员得到中层领导的认可,甚至会挑拨下级职员之间的关系。但是在公司聚会的时候又总是声称没人知道自己的苦楚,有时真会觉得他很可怜。我经历过这样的上司以后,便下定决心自己以后当上司绝对不会这样子对待下级职员。我会把犯错误的职员叫过来,在小会议室说个痛快,也让他知道自己到底错在哪里。作为上司,我不能留下对下级的不满,因此我就严格要求他们。让下级明确地知道什么该做什么不该做,什么是对的什么是错的,这是上司可享
Once upon a time, a boss would never get angry with us, but his face would be red after anger and restless. He will not let us ugly face, but always let us suffer.
