通过前期对川菜企业进行调查,我们得知众多川菜企业都十分缺乏财务预警机制,这极易造成川菜企业的财务问题,从而引发严重的财务危机。本文根据调查研究,阐述了川菜企业财务预警系统应具备统计财务信息功能、预知财务危机功能和预防财务危机功能,着重研究了当今财务预警模型以及该模型的不当之处,并提出了一些改进的方法及新的指标体系。
