赣西南行署、军分区、各专署、市、县人民政府:一、奉中原临时人民政府华中军区司令部一九四九年十二月廿七日联交字第一号命令开:(一)查政军等部门因公使用国营电报电话应行遵守事项,业经本部府十一月三日电令饬遵在案。(二)兹为使各该所属机关部队关于使用报话之规定及其付费办法,更深切了解并认识起见,在中央政府尚未明令规定划一收费及限制办法以前,暂由本部府会同制定「华中区政军机关部队因公使用国内电报电话暂行办法」一份,随令颁发,应即转饬所属切实执转发华中区政军机关部队因公使用国内电报电话暂行办法摘要仰饬属遵办由 甲:政军电报一、凡华中区所属各级政军机关部队因公拍发电报,应经其直属首长或该机关部队之首长签证加盖公章后,送各地电信局拍发,得按照政军电报优待办法减价付费(按寻常电报费三分之一付费),但有营业性质之各公营企业机关,仍应按全价政务电付费。
