在酒店行业竞争日益激烈的当下,酒店营销是酒店管理的重中之重,如何迎合旅游业的发展,满足消费群体的需求,建设具有国际水平的星级酒店已经成为当下一个重要的课题。本文通过对酒店营销在中国星级酒店管理中存在的问题进行分析,联系实际,提出了相应的对策。
At the moment when the hotel industry is getting more and more fierce competition, hotel marketing is the most important part of hotel management. How to cater to the development of tourism and meet the needs of consumers, to establish a star hotel with world-class level has become an important issue at present. This article analyzes the existing problems of hotel marketing in the management of star-rated hotels in China, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures according to the actual situation.
