本试验以西瓜种子为材料,设置了4种不同溶液浸种,人工控制变温状态和自然温度状态下催芽处理,研究不同溶液浸种、不同温度控制状态方式催芽对西瓜种子萌发的影响。结果表明:在30℃保持48h→27℃保持24h→32℃保持24h→30℃保持48h,共计144h人工控制变温催芽处理能促进西瓜种子更好的萌发。而其中用爱多收3 000倍液浸种6h,配合人工控制变温处理144h的西瓜种子萌发最快,发芽率最高。而在自然温度状态下催芽的种子与经上述处理的种子相比萌发慢,发芽率低。
In this experiment, watermelon seeds as materials, set up four kinds of different solution immersion, artificial temperature control and natural state under the state of germination treatment, the study of different solution soaking, different temperature control mode of germination on watermelon seed germination. The results showed that the germination of watermelon seeds could be promoted by keeping the temperature at 30 ℃ for 48h → keeping at 27 ℃ for 24h → keeping at 32 ℃ for 24h → keeping at 30 ℃ for 48h. Among them, the seeds of seeds of watermelon germinated fastest with the temperature of 300 h and the germination rate reached the highest with the seeds soaked with love for 3 000 times for 6 hours. However, seeds germinated at the natural temperature showed slower germination and lower germination rate than the seeds treated as above.
