【Objective】 The objective of this study was to determine the effects of plant defense response induced by Frankliniella occidentalis (Pergande) on B-biotype behavior of Bemisia tabaci (Gennadius) B in invasive alien pests, Interspecific competition mechanism of Bemisia tabaci (Gennadius). 【Method】 The “Y” -type olfactometer behavior analysis method and selective test method were used to study the effects of different treatment combinations (healthy plant CKv, whitefly-infected plant B, healthy plant CKvs, (B + B) and whitefly (Bt), the differences in feeding behavior and host preference of Bemisia tabaci (Gennadius) to different treatment plants were analyzed. The effects of different treatment plants Volatile material differences. 【Result】 The result of “Y” type olfactometer showed that there was no significant difference in the preference of Bemisia tabaci between healthy and insects in both CKvsB and CKvsF combinations. However, in BvsB + F combination , The B. tabaci strains were extremely attractive to female adults of Bemisia tabaci (P <0.01). The results of the selective test showed that in the two combinations of CKvsB and CKvsF, the adults of B. tabaci all prefer healthy plants and prefer to lay their eggs on them (P <0.01). In the combinations of BvsB + F, the adults of B. tabaci prefer tobacco Whiteflies were individually harbored and preferred to lay eggs on them (P <0.01). The results of GC-MS analysis showed that nine kinds of volatile materials were collected in this experiment, including five kinds of terpenoids, with the relative content of more than 90%. Compared with the single strain of Bemisia tabaci, the β-phellandide, which has a repellent effect on Bemisia tabaci, was significantly increased in volatile substances released by common whitefly and western flower thrips, Attracting β-myrcene was significantly reduced. 【Conclusion】 In conclusion, the host plant selection behavior and oviposition preference of B. tabaci B-biotype could be significantly affected by the defense-induced plant-mediated defense of F. occidentalis.
