对4例表现为麻痹性痴呆的晚期神经梅毒患者的临床表现、脑脊液、影象学检查、误诊情况等进行回顾性分析。结合本组资料提出神经梅毒与其他疾病的鉴别要点。
The clinical manifestations, cerebrospinal fluid, imaging examination and misdiagnosis of 4 patients with advanced neurosyphilis manifested as paralytic dementias were analyzed retrospectively. Combined with this group of data suggest neurosyphilis and other diseases identification points.
