目的:探讨疝气患儿术后疼痛护理中实施中医抚触及穴位按摩的效果。方法:选取我院2015年6月—2016年1月收治的疝气手术患者100例作为研究对象,入选患儿家属均接受本研究,按照随机数字法将他们分为2组,各50例。对照组按照常规护理处理,而研究组除了予以常规护理外,在术后疼痛护理中加用中医抚触及穴位按摩处理。观察记录两组患儿术后首次下床活动时间、住院时间、患儿家属对护理满意率、疼痛发生率,以及麻醉清醒1 h内、1~7 h、7 h以上患儿PLACC量表法评分结果,并进行统计学分析。结果:研究组患儿术后首次下床活动时间、住院时间及疼痛发生率均明显低于对照组,而患儿家属对护理满意率明显高于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在麻醉清醒后不同时段研究组患儿PLACC评分均明显更低(P<0.05)。结论:疝气患儿术后疼痛护理中应用抚触及穴位按摩不仅可缩短康复时间,而且可缓解术后疼痛,提高家属满意率,值得借鉴。
Objective: To investigate the effect of applying traditional Chinese medicine massage and acupressure massage in the treatment of postoperative pain in children with hernia. Methods: A total of 100 hernia patients who were admitted to our hospital from June 2015 to January 2016 were enrolled in this study. All the patients were enrolled in this study. According to the random number method, they were divided into two groups of 50 cases each. The control group was treated according to routine nursing care. In addition to the routine nursing care, the research group added traditional Chinese medicine massage and acupressure massage to postoperative pain care. Observed and recorded the time after first operation, the length of hospitalization, the satisfaction rate of nursing, the incidence of pain, the incidence of pain and the PLACC scale of children aged 1 ~ 7 h and 7 h after anesthesia awake Score the results and conduct statistical analysis. Results: The time to first bed activity, length of hospital stay and pain in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group, while the satisfaction rate of the family members in the nursing group was significantly higher than that in the control group with statistically significant differences (P < P <0.05). PLACC scores of study group were significantly lower at different periods after anesthesia awake (P <0.05). Conclusion: Applying touch and acupressure massage in the treatment of postoperative pain in children with hernia can not only shorten the recovery time, but also relieve the postoperative pain and improve the satisfaction rate of the family members, which is worth learning from.
