目的 研究、制定11000m高空暴露人员的生理防护装备和方法,确保暴露人员的生命安全和工作能力。方法①升空人员进行低压舱模拟5000m高空缺氧耐力和11000m高空耐力检查,进行理论教育和体验上升。②高空供氧装备选型、配套、试验鉴定和试用;吸氧排氮方法的制定,防寒装具的选配。③升空后的卫生保障。结果 共进行了5批次志愿暴露人员的低压舱检查,其中5000m缺氧耐力检查92人,淘汰29人;11000m高空耐力检查75人,淘汰10人。共顺利完成3000~11000m高空暴露下工作32次。结论 此项工作是国内首次对直接暴露在11000m高空进行工作人员的防护实施。为高空生理防护积累了经验。
Objective To study and formulate physiological protective equipment and methods for personnel exposed at altitude of 11000m to ensure the safety of life and work ability of exposed personnel. Methods (1) Lifelong personnel conducted hypobaric cabin simulations to test hypnotic endurance at altitude of 5000m and endurance test at altitude of 11000m for theoretical education and experience increase. ② altitude oxygen equipment selection, ancillary, experimental identification and trial; formulation of oxygen and nitrogen emission method, matching cold equipment. ③ after the health insurance. Results A total of 5 batches of low-pressure cabin volunteers were interviewed. Among them, 92 were under-5000m anaerobic endurance test, 29 were eliminated; 75 were over-checked at 11000m altitude and 10 were eliminated. A total success of 3000 ~ 11000m high altitude exposure to work 32 times. Conclusion This work is the first time in China for the protection of workers exposed directly at a height of 11000m. Accumulated experience for altitude physiology.
