在利用人因分析和分类系统(HFACS)对同一组煤矿安全事故报告进行分析时,常会出现不同分析人员得出不同分析结果的情况。为解决这一问题,根据分析过程中是否反馈分析结果,设计煤矿安全事故人因的开环和闭环分析方法。以山西汾西煤矿集团的10起安全事故为样本,对不同分析人员应用2种方法得出的结果进行Cochran-Q检验,进而比较2种方法的优缺点。结果表明:闭环分析方法能较快地使分析结果满足一致性条件;开环分析方法能够充分保持分析人员的独立性,且分析结果的一致性主要取决于HFACS指标内涵及其表现形式的描述。
When using the Human Factors Analysis and Classification System (HFACS) to analyze coal mine accident reports from the same group, different analysts often come to different analyzes. In order to solve this problem, according to whether the feedback analysis results in the process of analysis, the open-loop and closed-loop analysis methods of human factors of coal mine accidents are designed. Taking 10 safety accidents of Shanxi Fenxi Coal Mine Group as samples, Cochran-Q test was conducted on the results obtained by different analysts using the two methods, and then the advantages and disadvantages of the two methods were compared. The results show that the closed-loop analysis method can make the analysis results meet the consistency condition quickly. The open-loop analysis method can fully maintain the independence of analysts, and the consistency of the analysis results mainly depends on the description of the connotation of HFACS index and its manifestation.
