本实验用快速同步描记心电图,心音图及颈容积脉搏图的方法研究了血钙浓度的变化对心室收缩时间间期(STI)的影响。分析了家兔STI与心率的相关关系,并得出回归公式及STI指数(Q—S_2I、LVETI、PEPI)的计算公式。低钙时PEPI、Q—S_2I、PEPI/LVETI增大,反之减小,两者均有显著性意义。而LVETI无统计学意义的影响。钙对血压影响较小,对QRS波的时限无影响。文章分析了钙对STI的影响主要作用于PEP,这与左心室内压dp/dt及等容收缩期的变化有关。
In this study, fast synchronous tracing of ECG, phonocardiogram and neck volume pulse graph method to study the change of serum calcium concentration on ventricular contraction time interval (STI). The correlation between rabbit STI and heart rate was analyzed and the formula of regression and STI index (Q-S_2I, LVETI, PEPI) were obtained. Low-calcium PEPI, Q-S_2I, PEPI / LVETI increased, but decreased, both have significant significance. LVETI had no statistical significance. Calcium has a small effect on blood pressure and has no effect on the QRS wave duration. The article analyzes the effect of calcium on STI mainly on PEP, which is related to changes of left ventricular pressure dp / dt and isovolumic systolic phase.
