本文叙述了用硅铝脱氧的半镇静钢三、角钢和钢四、元钢的表面质量、低倍组织、硫印、化学成份偏析、机械性能和成本。研究结果表明,半镇静角钢的机械性能已达到一般镇静钢三的水平,但时效性能仍较差。半镇静元钢的抗张强度、延伸率和冷弯性能都较好,但屈服点不稳定。在试验条件下钢材的硫印和低倍组织基本良好,表面光洁,断口无肉眼可见之缺陷。
This paper describes the surface quality, low magnification, sulfur footprint, chemical composition segregation, mechanical properties and cost of semi-killed steel deoxidized with Si-Al, angle steel and steel. The results show that the semi-static angle of the mechanical properties of steel has reached the level of three killed steel, but the aging performance is still poor. Semi-static elemental steel tensile strength, elongation and cold bending properties are better, but the yield point is not stable. Sulfur in the test conditions and low magnification under the microscope basically good, smooth surface, fracture no visible defects.
