为缓解白城市日益紧张的用水局势,保障经济社会的可持续发展,结合洮儿河扇形地区水资源调蓄条件,制定了以地下水库调蓄为主线、跨流域调水与节水灌溉技术相结合的水循环综合调控方案。利用地下水库调蓄模型对水循环综合调控方案实施后的成效进行了评价,并估算了水循环调控效益。结果表明,通过水循环综合调控,增加了研究区水资源可利用量,极大地缓解了该区水资源危机,经济社会效益显著,在研究区的水资源管理中具有实用价值。
In order to alleviate the increasingly tense water use situation in Baicheng City and ensure the sustainable development of economy and society, and combining with the conditions of water resources regulation and control in the Shahe River fan-shaped area, a technical plan has been formulated to control the storage of underground reservoirs and cross-basin water diversion and water-saving irrigation technologies Integrated water cycle integrated control program. The underground reservoir storage model was used to evaluate the effectiveness of the integrated water cycle control plan and evaluate the benefits of water cycle regulation and control. The results showed that through the integrated control of water cycle, the availability of water resources in the study area was increased, the water resources crisis in the area was greatly alleviated, the economic and social benefits were significant, and it was of practical value in the management of water resources in the study area.
