对缺血性脑血管病的神经保护是目前的研究热点,而电刺激小脑顶核(FNS)对血管事件后的神经保护作用经动物模型和临床研究证实有效。本文就电刺激小脑顶核在缺血性脑血管疾病治疗中的作用机理和临床应用研究作一综述。
Neuroprotection against ischemic cerebrovascular disease is the current research hotspot, and the neuroprotective effects of electrical stimulation of the cerebellar fastigial nucleus (FNS) after vascular events are confirmed by animal models and clinical studies. This review summarizes the mechanism and clinical application of electrical stimulation of cerebellar fastigial nucleus in the treatment of ischemic cerebrovascular disease.
