目的探讨分析用根管充填的方法治疗牙髓病的效果。方法对本院在2010年3月份收治的45位牙髓病患者进行根管充填治疗,分析这些患者的充填质量,并且在患者出院以后的两年里,对患者进行随访,观察根管填充治疗的情况。结果 45位患者中,有35位患者的牙齿恰好充填,有5位患者的牙齿欠填,还有5位患者的牙齿超填。随访的两年里,第一年RCT的失败率为12.5%,第二年的失败率为15%。结论根管填充的治疗方法对于治疗牙髓病患者有很好的效果,充填成功与否与牙齿的类型和牙齿的位置以及钙化度有很大的关系。
Objective To analyze the effect of root canal filling method on pulp disease. Methods Forty-five patients with endodontic diseases treated in our hospital in March 2010 were treated with root canal filling. The filling quality of these patients was analyzed. The patients were followed up for two years after their discharge, and the root canal filling was observed Case. Results Out of 45 patients, 35 patients had exactly the same tooth filling, 5 had undergone tooth filling, and 5 had tooth overfill. During the two years of follow-up, RCT failed 12.5% in the first year and failed 15% in the second year. Conclusion The treatment of root canal filling has a good effect on the treatment of patients with endodontic diseases. The success of filling is closely related to the type of teeth and the position of teeth and the degree of calcification.
