目的 研究膳食黑米皮对载脂蛋白E(apoE)基因缺陷小鼠动脉粥样斑块形成的影响 ,探讨黑米皮的抗动脉粥样硬化作用以及可能的活性物质。方法 在apoE基因缺陷小鼠饲料 (AIN -93 )中添加 5 %黑米皮 ,喂养小鼠16周后 ,检测不同实验组小鼠主动脉窦动脉粥样斑块面积。结果 黑米皮组小鼠主动脉窦动脉粥样斑块面积占管腔面积百分比的均值低于阳性组和白米皮组 ,差异有显著性 (P <0 0 5 ) ,黑米皮组的主动脉窦动脉粥样斑块面积分别比阳性组与白米皮组低 48 42 %和 46 0 8%。结论 膳食黑米皮可以抑制apoE基因缺陷小鼠动脉粥样斑块的形成 ,具有抗动脉粥样硬化作用。
Objective To study the effect of dietary black rice bran on the formation of atherosclerotic plaque in apolipoprotein E (apoE) -deficient mice and to explore the anti-atherosclerotic effect and possible active substances of black rice bran. Methods The apoE gene-deficient mouse diet (AIN-93) was supplemented with 5% black rice bran. After 16 weeks of feeding, the area of aortic sinus atherosclerotic plaque in different experimental groups was detected. Results The average percentage of atherosclerotic aortic plaque area to lumen area was lower in black rice group than that in positive group and white rice skin group (P <0.05), while in black rice group The area of atherosclerotic plaque in arterial sinus was 48 42% and 46 0 8% lower than that in the positive group and the white rice skin group respectively. Conclusion Dietary black rice bran can inhibit the formation of atherosclerotic plaque in apoE-deficient mice and has anti-atherosclerotic effects.
