在教学实践基础上,创新性地提出一种牵引式教学模式,介绍了教材建设所做的实践工作,最后给出了新的教学考评体系。期望此模式对少数民族高层次骨干人才硕士研究生培养具有一定借鉴作用。
On the basis of teaching practice, a kind of traction teaching mode is proposed creatively. The practice of textbook construction is introduced. Finally, a new teaching evaluation system is given. It is hoped that this model can provide reference for the cultivation of postgraduates of high-level key personnel for ethnic minorities.
